She closed her eyes briefly, gave her head a shake, then turned the doorknob. She'd check the safe in the library, call Gino and blow this place. 

She stepped through the door, then turned and managed a gay laugh. 

"Don't forget about that dance David." 

"Damn." He growled. 

Kicking the door shut, he covered her mouth, as she stood frozen, staring at him, mouth open but no sound emitting.
